South Florida For Sale By Owner is unique in its business model. We believe that if we give the homeowner the tools they need they can sell their own home and put more money in their own pocket. We are a family owned company in todays virtual environment. We are virtual office based and virtual tour centric. We have over 20 years experience in the brokerage industry and understand its need to evolve. We are out to disrupt the industry!

Our Vision

As the internet (along with mobile and social technology) evolves, old industries continue to see massive disruption. Look at Airbnb or Uber’s impact on their industries. What about the real estate industry? We believe that there is a transfer of control and economy coming to the real estate industry. It's time to transfer control back to the homeowner, and give them the ability to negotiate better prices for themselves and their buyers. In our opinion, change is not only coming; it’s already here!
